目前高职行业英语教学发展缓慢,甚至出现"滞后"现象:教师自主研发和整合教材的能力欠缺,教师科研能力不强,科研成果少;教师缺少相关行业知识。究其原因,主要在于:教师知识结构缺失,教学材料相对滞后,教师职业教学技能缺失。要发展高职行业英语教学,加强师资队伍建设尤为重要。要完善和健全职业教育机制,建设一支合格的教师队伍;采用多种形式,提高教师行业素质和教学能力。
Abstract：Vocational English teaching is making few advance and even lagging behind.The teachers are incapable of their R & D of teaching materials and scientific research;Moreover,the teachers also lack knowledge of related trade.The main reasons are: the teachers lack of related knowledge and Vocational skills;teaching materials are relatively Obsolete.In order to improve vocational English teaching,the most important thing is to build a team of qualified teachers.,to improve and perfect the mechanism of vocational education and to improve the teachers' profession quality and teaching ability by all means.
